On Wednesday 6 March 2019, AustCham Thailand held its Annual General Meeting where the 2019/20 Board of Directors was elected.
 
Frank Holzer, ANCA Sheet Metal Solutions General Manager has retained his position as a Director on the Board, which he has held since March 2018.
 
Frank primarily developed his career in manufacturing and finance in the automotive sector with Holden in Australia. He commenced with General Motors Thailand in 2005 as the Director for ASEAN Manufacturing Finance before moving into a General Manager role with MHG and then presently with ANCA Sheet Metal Solutions. The roles have required re-engineering of Commercial and Manufacturing processes and practice, along with developing improvements in sales revenue and productivity.
 
Frank leads the manufacturing sub-committee in AustCham, and also leads the Eastern Seaboard Businessmen monthly networking group which covers the senior leadership of a number of industries in Thailand.   
 
Frank said, “I am pleased to retain my position on the Board as it allows ANCA Sheet Metal Solutions to be involved in the Industry 4.0 evolution with the focus on skills and training development opportunities as technology will continue to a disruptive driver in Automation and Artificial Intelligence.”
 
AustCham maintains a general overview of the business environment in Thailand and Australia. The chamber allows members to access and connect with one another through their extensive network of experts in specific areas. They have a strong relationship with the Australian Embassy and also with key Thai government departments and agencies.
